By booking a session, signing up for an event, completing an assessment, attending a workshop, or participating in surveys organized by PositiveMind4Life, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
We encourage you to read this document carefully.

PositiveMind4Life reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will replace the previous version.

1. Personal Data Information

The information you provide to us will be used for the purpose of processing bookings for coaching sessions or events, or for providing you with the results of completed assessments. The personal data we request in these situations is processed based on the following legal grounds: the initiation or execution of an agreement to which you are a party, or the completion of pre-contractual formalities at your request.

With your explicit consent, the following personal data may be published on our website, on relevant online platforms, or distributed via email to our contact database: your name, job title, email address, phone number, photograph, and company name.

2. Use of Personal Data

• 2.1. PositiveMind4Life will not share your name, address, email, credit card details, or any other personal information with third parties for advertising purposes without your explicit permission.
• 2.2. Please note that PositiveMind4Life may store the following types of data as part of your profile for internal purposes:
  • Mandatory and optional information collected when purchasing coaching packages or any products available on the website.
  • Voluntary information submitted when participating in assessments or quizzes on www.positivemind4life.com.
  • If you have opted to receive email communications about related events, you consent to PositiveMind4Life analyzing and using your data for the purpose of sending you targeted updates and promotional materials related to our services, events, and related offerings.
  • If you have opted to receive notifications about upcoming events via your mobile phone, you agree to be contacted by PositiveMind4Life or its affiliates via SMS in connection with coaching packages you purchase or events for which you express interest.

• 2.4. PositiveMind4Life reserves the right to delegate its obligations under this agreement to third parties.
• 2.5. No other terms shall apply to this Agreement. These Terms and Conditions represent the full understanding between us regarding all matters covered in this document and override any prior written or verbal agreements. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have not relied on any statements or representations that are not expressly included here, and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation that is not part of these terms. However, nothing in these terms shall exclude liability for any fraudulent statements or actions.
• 2.6. If any part of these terms is found to be illegal, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

3. Purchasing Services

The personal data we collect from you during the purchase and registration process for coaching packages offered by PositiveMind4Life (and/or affiliated companies) is necessary for entering into and fulfilling a contract in which you are a party, or for taking steps at your request prior to entering into such a contract.

4. Surveys, Questionnaires, and Online Tests

The data we collect when you complete an online test will only be used with your explicit consent, given either before or after completing the test. Your data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with our Data Protection Policy and Consent Declaration, and will be retained and stored for these specific purposes.

5. Accessing Services: Registrations and Payments

To access our coaching services—whether individual or group, online or in-person—you must register in advance and complete the required payment. Multiple payment methods are available, including online card payment, bank transfer, and cash, depending on the nature of the service. More details are available on the dedicated registration page.

5. Accessing Services: Registrations and Payments

The personal data we collect from you during the registration process is necessary for entering into and fulfilling a contract in which you are a party, or for carrying out pre-contractual steps at your request.

• 5.1. Users can choose the type of coaching services and packages they wish to attend through the online interface available at www.positivemind4life.com.
• 5.2. Users may access any available package from our current offering, subject to seat availability and eligibility criteria established for each specific service or package.
• 5.3. To complete a valid registration for a service, the user must provide certain personal details in the designated fields found in the “Book Now” section of the website. If the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, PositiveMind4Life reserves the right to reject the registration and not reserve a place in the selected coaching sessions.
• 5.4. Once a package is purchased, PositiveMind4Life will send a proforma invoice to the user (which also serves as confirmation of the booking). This invoice will be sent to the email address entered by the user in the “Billing Information” section of the online registration form.
• 5.5. The proforma invoice is generated immediately after the order is placed. PositiveMind4Life reserves the unconditional right to cancel the proforma invoice and may provide an explanation upon the user’s request.
• 5.6. PositiveMind4Life does not guarantee that the proforma invoice will always reach the recipient. Possible reasons may include unintentional errors by PositiveMind4Life or issues with the email servers used. If the user completes the registration but does not receive the proforma invoice at the email address provided, they are kindly asked to notify PositiveMind4Life at veronica@positivemind4life.com.
• 5.7. PositiveMind4Life makes every effort to organize the coaching sessions within a reasonable time from the date the order is placed. If the proposed timeframe is not convenient for the client, they are encouraged to contact PositiveMind4Life to reschedule.
• 5.8. If a session date is rescheduled and the client has already paid the participation fee, they may request either a refund or a new appointment for a future session. Please note that the participation fee is non-refundable if the session date is changed.
  • 5.8.1. It is the user’s responsibility to remember the scheduled date, time, and location of the session for which they registered. The user is also responsible for maintaining contact with their coach in order to stay updated on any potential changes.
  • 5.8.2. If the user registers for a session, they are required to pay the participation fee within the timeframe indicated on the website. If no deadline is specified, payment must be made within a maximum of 7 days from the issuance of the proforma invoice, but no later than the start date of the session. Failure to pay the full amount within these deadlines will be considered a withdrawal from participation.
  • 5.8.3. Payment of the coaching session fee constitutes confirmation from the user that they wish to attend the session and that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
  • 5.8.4. If the user pays the participation fee (in full or in part) and later decides, for any reason, that they no longer wish or are no longer able to participate, they may request a refund under the following conditions:
    • Full refund, if the cancellation is communicated in writing to PositiveMind4Life at least 30 days before the scheduled session date.
    • 50% refund, if the cancellation is communicated in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled session date.
  • 5.8.5. The user always has the right to nominate another person to attend the session in their place, at no additional cost, provided that PositiveMind4Life is notified in writing at least 24 hours before the session start time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the website (or any part of it) for any unlawful purpose and to always comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Upload or transmit any viruses or harmful code that could affect the functionality or security of the website.
• Use the website in a way that could interrupt, damage, impair, or render the site less efficient, or interfere with the normal operation of a computer.
• Post or transmit any material that is obscene, threatening, offensive, or that may cause inconvenience or distress to others.
