Re-Creative Self-Compassion (Group Coaching)
Healthier boundaries. Better Self-Worth. Creativity.
Self-love is essential for our mental, emotional, and even physical well-being. Self-love isn’t selfish, vanity or ego. Self-love is about accepting and valuing yourself as a whole human being. When we don’t cultivate our self-love, we experience:
-
chronic self-doubt and perfectionism
-
burnout and emotional exhaustion
-
difficulty maintaining healthy relationships
-
increased susceptibility to mental health struggles
-
a life lived according to fear, not joy or purpose
Self-love Coaching in a group format offers you a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive community setting. You’ll explore and learn that self-love is many things, and this list is not at all complete:
-
- moving, taking a walk every day
- drinking water and eating well
- practicing our hobbies
- meeting our friends and family
- being mindful – when we are in nature, when we eat, when we do what we love
- focussing on progress, not on perfection
- letting go of self-criticism
- saying NO when we feel our boundaries are being pushed
- LOVING ourselves just the way we are, because
- WE ARE ENOUGH
Because it’s not enough to feel that we are “NOT suffering”. The aim is for us to be thriving, not striving.
And to actually implement all the theory into practice (because following our hobbies is a way to offer ourselves self-compassion), we will then dive into a re-creative handmade workshop, where we will practice mindfulness while creating something unique for us and/or our dear ones.
All the specific materials are included. All you need to bring is: double-sticky tape, ruler, pencil and scissors.
